Bookings
The booking request can be made by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or e-mail, in addition to the “BOOK NOW” button on the website. The customer will receive from the b&b a confirmation of booking electronically, with all the information relating to the structure and how to pay for your stay.
Arrivals and departures
Check-in
The delivery of rooms upon arrival is scheduled from 15:00 to 20:00, unless otherwise required by the customer previously communicated to the b&b. Upon arrival the client will be given a set of keys to access the apartment from the main door and from there to the room booked.
Check-out
Rooms must be vacated no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure to allow for final cleaning of the room.
Covid 19
In order to combat the spread of Covid 19, La Gatta Cenerentola Rooms adopts all the prescriptions provided for by current national legislation, suggested by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Italian National Institute of Health (ISS). We have provided specific sanitizing, disinfecting, cleaning and food handling practices. The first priority is to take care of the health of our guests and employees.

At the time of check in, each guest’s body temperature will be measured.
